Quality is our core value. Our QC process includes:
- Incoming Material Inspection: Checking copper, molding powder, and reinforcing rings.
- In-Process Inspection: Automated checks during the molding and machining process.
- Final Testing: Every batch undergoes spin testing (for bursting speed), High-Pot testing (dielectric strength), and dimensional checks using CMM equipment before shipment.
We use export-standard packaging designed to prevent corrosion and physical damage.
- Inner Packing: Commutators are placed in plastic trays or specialized anti-rust vacuum bags.
- Outer Packing: Reinforced corrugated cartons.
- Palletizing: For sea shipments, cartons are stacked on fumigated wooden or plastic pallets and wrapped with shrink film to ensure stability and moisture resistance.
Our lead times depend on the project stage:
- New Mold/Tooling Creation: Approximately 35-45 days.
- Mass Production: Generally 15 days after order confirmation, depending on the order volume.
We are flexible and can work with FOB, CIF, EXW, or DDP. We are located near major ports in China, allowing us to easily arrange sea freight, air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx) for urgent sample delivery.
Yes. Once the mold/tooling is paid for or if we have existing stock of standard parts, we provide free samples (usually 5–10 pcs) for your testing and approval. You typically only need to cover the courier shipping cost.

- For Tooling: 100% prepaid.
